Pall Mall Press is a project in Liverpool using Ibstock's and Leviat's NEXUS XI brick facade component system. The scheme was designed by Architect, Falconer Chester Hall.

Pall Mall includes a 22 storey tower that will deliver 336 apartments with a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 beds. The scheme will create a beacon for the edge of Liverpool’s city centre and the materials palette selected will ensure the building ages with grace.

Neil Magner Mawdsley, Head of Component Sales at Ibstock says, "NEXUS XI is a great way to "Crown the colonnade" of a building, in that the system brings depth and detail to buildings in a way that keeps the eye searching as it gazes upon the structure."

NEXUS XI is an innovative mechanically fixed suspended brickwork soffit and lintel solution. It is lightweight, designed and prefabricated to fit any size or shape soffit, NEXUS XI can accommodate any brick type and bond pattern. It has secured a compliant fire safety rating from the BBA, so can be specified and installed on residential buildings over 11 metres with confidence.
